Software Evaluation Terms And Conditions

Updated May 4, 2025 Software Evaluation Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are effective as of the date you “Execute” (accept the agreement) the electronic version or otherwise use the Effective Date if hardcopy executed) and are made by and between Aletyx, Inc. (“Vendor”) and the entity on whose behalf you are entering this Agreement (“Customer”). This Agreement controls all evaluation(s) made hereunder during the day 60 days period following the Effective Date (Evaluation Period) for use only in a non-production evaluation or testing environment, including any extensions thereof mutually agreed upon in writing.

Counterparts during the day 60, the period following the Effective Date (“Evaluation Period”) for use Aletyx Enterprise build of Drools and Kogito offering, including any applicable documentation (the “Software”) including any updates or modifications of evaluation (“Software”) including any applicable documentation in a non-production evaluation or testing environment (“Evaluation”) and any applicable documentation for feedback or comments in connection with the Software evaluation. In order to ensure the security and integrity of the service, and to protect against misuse, spam, and fraud, the Company shall collect and process the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address during registration and throughout the (“Evaluation Period.”)
